The Rzav River is known for its exceptionally clean and clear water, which is why it is often described as one of the cleanest rivers in Serbia. In some places, the river is calm and almost completely quiet, while in others it transforms into fast-flowing currents and small waterfalls.
Visočka Spa, located in the village of Visoka, is known for its thermal springs situated along the course of the Veliki Rzav River, which have been said for centuries to have healing properties. According to local legend, warriors returning from the Battle of Kosovo would recover in its warm waters.
